ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND “ESTÚDIO 5” RULES

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Conditions

  • At ESTÚDIO 5, all adults (parents, friends, family members, and parents of the invited children) and children under 2 years old (when accompanied) are our guests and are welcome to be present throughout the entire party.

  • The “KIDS” and “DISCO” PARTIES last 2 hours and 30 minutes, plus we offer an additional 30 minutes after the party ends so you can say goodbye to your guests at your own pace.

  • If you need extra time before the party, this can be arranged with prior notice and costs €50 for every additional 30 minutes before the party starts.

  • If you need extra time after the party to gather your belongings, this can also be arranged with prior notice and costs €50 for every additional 30 minutes used after the party ends.

  • If you want to extend the “KIDS” or “DISCO” PARTY duration (e.g., from 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours), it costs €75 for every additional 30 minutes of party time (including studio, activities, and entertainment).

  • If you wish to include your taxpayer number on the invoice, please request it before making the payment. Otherwise, the invoice will be issued to the final consumer.

  • Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult during the party.

  • Parents and/or responsible adults are accountable for ensuring good behavior from the children.

  • ESTÚDIO 5 reserves the right to request the removal of any child from the space if their behavior affects the safety and enjoyment of other participants.

  • ESTÚDIO 5 also reserves the right to refuse admission or request the removal of any person whose behavior is inappropriate, endangering their safety, the safety of others, or the safety of our staff or collaborators.

Venue and decoration

  • The snack room decoration, including 1 large balloon with the age number and a themed digital backdrop, is included. If you’d like a theme that is not on our list, please let us know, as we can create new themes.

  • In our snack room, we provide a mini fridge, an electric water dispenser, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a TV (LED - 86'' - 218 cm - 4K Ultra HD - Smart TV).

  • Food and drinks brought to the venue are the sole responsibility of the client, including the disposal of any resulting solid waste.

  • We provide a changing table and restrooms equipped for children, adults, and individuals with reduced mobility.

  • The use of confetti or similar items is not allowed inside the venue. Non-compliance will result in a cleaning and maintenance penalty of €60.

  • MAXIMUM CAPACITY: Adults (parents, friends, and family members) are our guests and are welcome to be present throughout the party. The maximum capacity allowed is 45 people at the same time inside ESTÚDIO 5 (this count excludes the entertainers and includes only adults and children aged 2 and older).

  • In the case of more than 45 people, a maintenance fee of €50 will be charged for every additional 5 people.

  • MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CHILDREN: 30 children (with a safety allowance for up to 35 children).

  • ESTÚDIO 5 is located at Nirvana Studios, in Barcarena – Oeiras, with a free parking area.

INFLATABLE

Terms and General Conditions

  • During the party, there will always be a minimum of 2 entertainers present.

  • The role of the entertainers is to ensure that safety rules for children and equipment are followed.

  • All materials made available during the event must be treated with proper care and respect.

  • The client is responsible for the improper behavior of any individuals who insist on misusing our equipment.

  • The client understands and acknowledges that interactive entertainment activities (such as inflatables and trampolines) may involve known and/or unexpected risks for their users. These risks include, but are not limited to, slipping, falling, and colliding with objects or people.

  • The activities organized by “ESTÚDIO 5” comply with the current legal framework, and “ESTÚDIO 5” is covered by Civil Liability Insurance.

  • “ESTÚDIO 5” is not responsible for any damage or accidents resulting from participants' recklessness or failure to follow the entertainers' instructions during activities, or for incidents not covered by its Civil Liability Insurance.

  • The client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions and will comply with any instructions provided by our entertainers during the party.

  • The rules outlined above, which will also be provided by our entertainers, are always aimed at ensuring the safety of the children.

 

LIABILITY AGREEMENT

  • By booking a party or event with inflatables, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined here, as well as all instructions regarding the proper and safe use of the equipment.

  • Access to or use of “ESTÚDIO 5” implies the user’s acceptance of the aforementioned general terms and conditions.

 

 

                                                                           CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • The deposit is non-refundable except in cases of cancellation or postponement of the birthday party with more than 30 days' notice. In such cases, we will fully refund the amount previously paid, and the remaining final balance will not be charged.

  • If your reservation is canceled or postponed between 30 and 15 days before the birthday party date, the deposit will not be refunded (cancellation fee). However, the remaining final balance will not be charged.

  • If your reservation is postponed within 14 days of the birthday party date, the deposit will not be refunded (cancellation fee). However, the remaining final balance will not be charged. The new date will be treated as a new reservation, and a new deposit will be required to secure the new date.

  • If your reservation is canceled within 14 days of the birthday party date, the deposit will not be refunded, and the remaining balance corresponding to the total cost of the “KIDS” Party without snacks or the “DISCO” Party without snacks will be charged.

                                                                   At what age are invited children included in the headcount?

  • At “ESTÚDIO 5,” all children are counted if they are over 1 year old and still enjoy playing.

  • However, regarding 1-year-old children, if their parents take full responsibility and supervise them throughout the entire party, they will not be counted.

  • The birthday child is included in the count.

  • All children aged 2 to 14 are included in the count.

  • FREE admission for 1 birthday child for a “KIDS” PARTY or “DISCO” PARTY with more than 20 children.

  • FREE admission for all children up to 1 year old.

 

In JOINT “KIDS” AND “DISCO” PARTIES

  • In JOINT “KIDS” or “DISCO” PARTIES, the minimum number of children required for payment increases to 20.

  • Example: For a “KIDS” or “DISCO” PARTY with 1 birthday child, the minimum is 15 children; for a “KIDS” or “DISCO” PARTY with 2 or more birthday children, the minimum is 20 children.

  • For a “KIDS” or “DISCO” Birthday Party with 1 birthday child and more than 20 children, we offer the cost of 1 birthday child for free.

  • For a “KIDS” or “DISCO” Birthday Party with 2 or more birthday children and more than 25 children, we offer the cost of 2 birthday children for free.

“KIDS” or “DISCO” Birthday Party WITH SNACKS

  • In the “KIDS” or “DISCO” Birthday Party WITH SNACKS, all snack-related utensils are included (tablecloths, napkins, cups, cutlery, etc.).​

  • Snacks are served from the very start of the party, and children can eat throughout the entire event.

  • Regarding snacks for the invited adults, which are not included in the price, you can either bring extra snacks from home to offer to the adult guests attending the party, or, if you prefer, we can provide snacks for the adults (see extras table).

  • You can bring the birthday cake from home, or if you prefer, we can provide the birthday cake along with snacks for both the children and adults (see price table).

  • For a “KIDS” or “DISCO” PARTY WITH SNACKS with 30 or more children, it is mandatory to hire 1 extra entertainer at a cost of €55.

  • The number of children must be communicated to us 1 week in advance. It is not necessary to provide the exact number, only an approximate one.

“KIDS” or “DISCO” Birthday Party WITHOUT SNACKS (SPACE RENTAL)

  • In the “KIDS” or “DISCO” Birthday Party WITHOUT SNACKS (Space Rental), you can bring your own snacks, the birthday cake, and anything else you wish, both for the children’s and the adults’ snacks.

  • The “KIDS” or “DISCO” Birthday Party WITHOUT SNACKS can work as a Space Rental and includes: 30 minutes (before the party) + 2 hours and 30 minutes (party duration) + 30 minutes (after the party ends).

  • The cleaning and sanitization of the entire ESTÚDIO 5 is included in the price, provided the space is returned in reasonable condition.

  • The client is responsible for collecting all used items/leftovers from the tables at the end of the “KIDS” or “DISCO” PARTY and placing them in garbage bags (garbage bags are not included).

  • After the 2 hours and 30 minutes of the “KIDS” or “DISCO” PARTY, you have an additional 30 minutes to gather your belongings and say goodbye to all the adult and child guests.

  • We inform you that the opening and closing of the venue will occur exactly at the pre-arranged time.

  • For a “KIDS” PARTY WITHOUT SNACKS (SPACE RENTAL) with 30 or more children, it is mandatory to hire 1 extra entertainer at a cost of €55.

  • For a “DISCO” PARTY WITHOUT SNACKS (SPACE RENTAL) with 30 or more children, it is mandatory to hire 1 extra entertainer at a cost of €55.

The “KIDS” or “DISCO” Birthday Party (WITH AND WITHOUT SNACKS) ALWAYS INCLUDES:

  • “ESTÚDIO 5,” with over 200 sq. m, exclusively reserved for you and your guests (we only host one party at a time).

  • A digital Birthday Invitation with a location map. The invitation will inform guests that non-slip socks are required. However, if someone forgets, we have a basket full of socks available to lend.

  • A snack room equipped with a mini fridge, an electric water dispenser, a microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

  • A snack room with a TV (LED - 86'' - 218 cm - 4K Ultra HD - Smart TV) displaying a digital backdrop of your chosen theme, along with 1 large balloon featuring the age number.

  • In our snack room, there are 4 tables: 2 tables measuring 75cm x 75cm and 2 tables measuring 125cm x 75cm.

  • Everything else related to decoration (that can be placed on the tables or in the snack room) and catering is your responsibility.

  • 2 entertainers (with additional entertainers provided depending on the number of children).

  • A large INFLATABLE with a slide and obstacles.

  • A BALL PITT.

  • A TRAMPOLINE.

  • A DISCO AREA.

  • A SOUND, VIDEO AND LIGHTING SYSTEM.

  • A WARDROBE WITH COSTUMES AND FANTASY OUTFITS for dress-up.

  • A games and leisure area (foosball, air hockey, and an indoor space for playing ball).

  • Background music throughout the entire event.

  • A child-friendly restroom with a changing table.

  • A free parking area for you and your guests.

  • If you wish, we can set up a catering table outside on the wooden porch, where you can place snacks exclusively for the adults.

  • If you prefer, you can set up the adults' snacks in the children's snack room.

  • You can bring anything you wish from home to add to the children’s and adults’ snacks or to enhance the decoration.

  • For coffee, if parents wish to offer it to their guests, we count the capsules at the end and settle the total (€1 per coffee – includes the capsule, cup, spoon, and sugar).

  • If you prefer, you can bring your own coffee capsules, cups, spoons, and sugar from home and use our NESPRESSO machine free of charge.

  • The birthday cake is included in OPTION 3 - “KIDS” PARTY WITH SNACKS + BIRTHDAY CAKE. Our cakes are cream-free but are homemade, fluffy, and delicious, decorated with the child’s favorite hero printed on an edible wafer sheet.

  • At ESTÚDIO 5, we maximize the time interval between each Birthday Party. Entry and exit times are staggered to ensure greater comfort and safety. The morning schedule is from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and the afternoon schedule is from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. On weekdays, personalized schedules are available.
